400 miles in. Not one hiccup yet. I do need fresh brake pads and would eventually like to upgrade to PMT tires and get a seat. Strangely I didn’t get the second charger as I was told came with it and it takes FOREVER to charge. I’ll probably be in touch with CS to ask about that. All in all this thing has been nothing but smiles for miles.

It's easy to fold and assemble even my daughter can do it. I use it every weekday to pick up my daughter from after school. It felt good when all the students were looking at me riding on this electric scooter. Then my daughter will take it away from me because she is urged to ride on it. She can't wait even one minute. We went to the park on weekends with this scooter and had lots of fun with it! The quality is great and the price is good too. I’ll recommend it to my friend as well.

Scooters are incredibly lightweight. It's by far the best thing about them, along with the swappable batteries. The scooters themselves are made out of mostly metal parts, which is much preferable to a lot of the Segways and Highboys I've used in the past, which are made of plastic molding, which can crack and rattle over time. These things will hold up very reliably. It's worth the premium for something that's mostly made out of alloyed and machined aluminum.

Perfection! I put loads of time and research into picking the right scooter for me, so when I decided on the UM-2 I had high expectations. It does not disappoint! I love it for the deck size, wheel size, replaceable battery (with crazy good battery life), and IP rating. It checked all my boxes while still being affordable. Great customer service too, which is rare to see these days.

Like any new vehicle, it takes some getting used to (read the manual!) but after a few practice runs, you won't want to put it down. So much so, my friend will be buying a second in the coming weeks. Both will fit easily in my car for our adventures (much more easily than bikes)! Nice slick overall design, too.

If I had any criticism it wouldn't have to do with the scooter itself, just unclear instructions on how folding works but a video on their YT channel helped! When pulling at the locking mechanism to fold, you have to first push out, then in, on the stem of the scooter. It's awkward at first but effortless after that, and is 10x safer designed this way, so I get it!

If you're on the fence about this model, I say pull the trigger. You won't regret it.
